Just took a look at my copy, red&silver boxed logo, left side of label states mono, right side of label states SKLA which is OZ prefix for stereo. Side 1 states release dates for each track, side 2 does not. Dead wax No side 1 211035 A, Side 2 211035 B. Sleeve Cat# SKLA 7733. What a hodge podge lol. Is yours the same djgab. I just noticed another difference, the dates of track release on side 1 of mine are printed after each tracklisting on label.
In the french pressing you should get an insert. See below There was also a red sticker that I've removed when I've got it, because it was sticked on Brian's head and when I've removed it, I've ruined the sticker. So don't remove the stickers guys ;D my mistake!
I've checked my copy, both sides are mentionned MONO on the labels Matrix are 211035A JSI and 211035B JSI
If your BTB copy has the DECCA 211016 catalogue number, yes you should have an insert in it. All the DECCA which start by 211... are part of the Jacques LEBLANC Serie which all have been released in 1978, and Collector's Only is the last volume of this serie
let's back to the EP this is one is the French "got LIVE if you want it!" looks like to be issued in July 1965 has the Bouchet - Lakara ,Paris 7-65 at the right bottom of the back cover like the No 1 as shown at the first page of the thread
For some reason "Got Live" is the only EP which mentionned Bouchet-Lakara.All the other EP's or Singles mentionned A.C.E.M except DECCA 457086 Medium (The famous SATISFACTION reissue with the blue font) which has A.R.E.A.C.E.M instead. The Golden Hit-Parade Serie used A.R.E.A.C.E.M as well.
