Got this in the mail the other day. I purchased the 3 x LP vinyl plus DVD set.
Rather nice package actually. A must item if you are into vinyls. I did even open it and gave it a spin on the turntable. Sounds pretty good. Last night I managed to drag myself, a drink and a bag of potato chips to the TV set to enjoy the evening with the DVD. At first I just enjoyed the fantastic footage, the colors, the stage and thinking like woow, I WAS THERE But as the DVD was rolling on, I started to actually listen to the guitars as well. This because it was soo loud, just too loud. But I could only hear one loud guitar. The other one was barely audible and that was Keith. I noticed this about half way through the DVD. After that it was just a nightmare to watch and listen to the rest of the shit. Ronnie way too loud and Keith way too low in the mix. Just awful to watch. How on earth could Universal put out this crap?
So my question would be: Is it only me and my old TV or has anybody else noticed this as well?? My TV is kind of wide and thick and 30+ kg’s, you know one of those that was common in the last century. Haven’t got around to get one of them flat ones yet
Can’t stand this shit DVD, first and last time watching it..
