Great work Jan: many thanks. I only find one wrong date in all this big info. In the japanese book UK & US Vinyl Made, a close up of the back cover of the OOOH UK version, shows that not all the covers were made by Robert Stace. Not important in a very good work. Again: THANKS!!!!
John Villanova who lives in Yonkers, New York USA, just outside of New York City has kindly given me the information, thanx
Jan, I think I wrote about this in one of my articles for Dieter...but cant recall. Will check my notes when I get home from work. Also of interest is that the DECCA logo's on the COVER were also blocked out, with black paper. I will post photos when I get home from work. I have a number of singles like this, as well. Mostly very early pressings....as I have a few with the label ones torn off.

Here are some UK export block outs for you.
Satisfaction and the Last Time, both "Open Decca" so pretty early pressings...
Rolling Stones #2 1-A / 1-A matrices...again EARLY press...
Out of Our Heads, later press, 12-A / 8-B matrices, but "Open Decca" labels...
Here is an "Out Of Our Heads" bought from a collector in Canada (Greenish cover, boxed Decca, who bought in new in the early 70's, with a London Import Sticker, but NOT covering Decca and nothing unusual on the back...other than it has the misprinted "Decca 965" date on back cover.
